New Year’s Traditional Breakfast

Taking left over black eyed peas and ham hocks, adding fresh tomatoes and miscellaneous other additions -turning it into Hoppin’ John. Served with over-easy eggs and toast, some hot sauce. Been far too many years since we came together as a family to eat this. Time to start planning for next year.
